Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all of our products are printed on order, which means additional time is required for fulfillment before your order is shipped.
Processing & Fulfillment Time
Since each item is produced upon order, please allow 2-5 business days for fulfillment before your package is shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times (excluding fulfillment time) are as follows:
- Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3-7 business days
- International Orders: 7-21 business days
Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
Customs Fees & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may be charged by your country's customs agency upon delivery. These fees are the buyerβs responsibility, and we have no control over them. We are not responsible for any customs-related charges, delays, or issues once the package reaches your country. If you are unsure about potential fees, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at gothmachines@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
